Dr. Robert Jackson is a nationally respected physician, educator, and healthcare innovator with decades of experience in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Throughout his career, he has combined academic leadership, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to expanding healthcare access for underserved rural communities.
As the founder and president of Premier Specialty Network (PSN), Dr. Jackson pioneered a unique outreach model that brought high-level specialty medical care to smaller hospitals and rural populations across the Midwest and beyond. His work has helped thousands of patients receive the specialty care they need closer to home.
In the years leading up to the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Jackson developed a particular interest in the emerging field of Longevity Medicine and the use of advanced regenerative and restorative therapies, including nutraceuticals, peptides, and mesenchymal stem cell extracellular vesicles (exosomes). His early work in these areas would later prove invaluable during the pandemic.
As patients across the country struggled with severe respiratory complications caused by post-inflammatory tissue damage, or the chronic fatigue, cognitive dysfunction (brain fog), and other debilitating symptoms associated with Long COVID, Dr. Jackson began applying these therapies in innovative ways to help patients who had often been told little else could be done. His success in treating difficult and previously “incurable” post-COVID conditions quickly gained national attention.
Since that time, Dr. Jackson has remained committed not only to caring for patients, but also to educating other physicians on the treatment strategies and protocols he has developed. Until recently that had consisted primarily of medical lectures to colleagues, but he has now chosen to provide it directly to both patients and physicians through this web site with the hope of improving access to care by helping more physicians incorporate these treatments into their own practices.
Known for his compassionate patient-centered philosophy, Dr. Jackson continues to combine traditional medical expertise with emerging science in order to improve quality of life, restore function, and promote long-term health and vitality for his patients.
Dr. Jackson founded Premier Specialty Network to improve access to specialty healthcare services in rural communities. Under his leadership, PSN expanded into a multi-state healthcare organization providing medical and surgical specialty services to hospitals and clinics throughout the United States.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many patients suffering from persistent respiratory complications, or the severe fatigue, and cognitive symptoms associated with Long COVID found hope through the treatment approaches he developed using nutraceuticals, peptides, and exosomes.
What began as an effort to help his own patients soon evolved into a broader mission to educate other physicians and expand access to care for individuals suffering from chronic inflammatory and post-infection conditions. Through lectures, professional collaboration, and now the direct patient education on this website, Dr. Jackson continues to share the knowledge and protocols he believes can meaningfully improve lives.
His career reflects a lifelong commitment to innovation, compassion, medical education, and the belief that patients deserve physicians who are willing to keep searching for answers when others have given up.
